Takemichi Hanagaki, a freeter in his forties, learned one day that the Tokyo Manji Gang had killed Hinata Tachibana and her younger brother Naoto.

Hinata and Naoto were both part of the Tachibana family.

When Takemichi is pushed in front of a train, he is able to go back in time exactly twelve years to the year 2005.

Takemichi runs into Naoto while remembering his middle school days, and he tells him the exact day that he and Hinata will die.

When they shake hands, Takemichi is instantly sent back to the present. This leads to a paradox in which Naoto is able to keep living her life and working as a detective.

Naoto has come to the conclusion that every time they hold hands, Takemichi goes back in time by 15 years.

Takemichi has decided to save Hinata by using the information he has learned from the future.

Former allies of Takemichi were forced to fight in secret under the direction of Kiyomasa, a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Mikey, who is in charge of the group, admires Takemichi for his unwavering dedication to making sure they are safe.

Takemichi finds out that one of his other friends, Akkun, was supposed to go to prison until his most recent run-in with Mikey stopped it.

Takemichi learns that the Tokyo Manji Gang is a bigger threat to his friends than he first thought when Akkun kills himself out of fear.

Because he went back in time, Takemichi learned that the rival gangs Moebius and the Tokyo Manji Gang are at war to get back at Pah-companion.

Takemichi learns that Mikey would eventually act violently because Draken, his second-in-command, will die in the future.

Draken gets away from the fight unharmed, but Pah-chin turns himself in to the police after stabbing the Moebius gang’s Osanai.

So, there are different ideas within the Tokyo Manji Gang about how to help Pah-chin in this situation.

Takemichi successfully ends the fight between Mikey and Draken, but on August 3, 2005, the Tokyo Manji Gang was attacked by a group of Moebius members led by Shoji Hanma, a Valhalla member.

Takemichi finds out that Kiyomasa killed Draken because Draken made him feel bad and forced him to leave the Tokyo Manji Gang. He also finds out that Peh-yan joined their plot when Mikey and Draken let Pah-chin be locked up.

Takemichi gets this information from Peh-yan.

The Tokyo Manji Gang wins the battle, Takemichi beats Kiyomasa, and Draken gets better from his wounds.

In this version of what happened, Hinata and his allies still die as Takemichi returns to the present.

Takemichi didn’t learn about Tetta Kisaki’s part in the violent change of the Tokyo Manji Gang until he went back in time.

When he went back to the past, he found that Kisaki had just joined the gang and had used Pah’s absence to take over as the new head of his section.

Kazutora Hanemiya, a former co-founder of the Tokyo Manji Gang, told Keisuke Baji to go join Valhalla. Baji was the captain of the first division.

If Mikey is successful in getting Baji back, he will kick Kisaki out of the gang to keep his promise to Takemichi.

Takemichi was allowed to join Takashi Mitsuya’s group and is now an official member of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Takemichi finds out that Mikey is angry at Kazutora because Shinichiro, Mikey’s older brother, died two years ago.

Chifuyu Matsuno also tells Takemichi that Baji said he quit the gang in order to look into Kisaki’s behavior.

He also finds out that when Kisaki started Valhalla, Mikey was supposed to be its leader, and that the Tokyo Manji Gang would eventually become part of Valhalla after a fight on October 31, 2005, which was known as “Bloody Halloween.”

They failed because Mikey killed Kazutora in retaliation for killing Baji.
